He Says: I’m A Culinary Genius
I feel like one when I cook a meal for myself at least. First I melted some Mozz on 2 little pieces of Chicken Cutlets. Bout half way through I decided the cutlets were old and oddly chewy. Chucked them and I started on some frozen Perogies.
While they were boiling a single slice of Cinnamon Raisin Toast with Fabio’s I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter held me over. Once the boiling was done I pan fried those suckas in some EV-o-o-o-oooooh face to get them nice and crispy. Brown is the color of love if I’m playing the part of Bob Ross in tonight’s production.
One time I went to a Cuban place and after ordering a plate of greasy chop meat was asked, “do you want a fried egg on it”?
Changed my life. Now I want a fried egg on everything. Perogies don’t get no special treatment.
Thanks for stopping by!

Mark, Care to Eat Erin enjoys butter spray, too!
You are a culinary master. I can’t wait to see what you cook for me soon.

I’m Polish, so I’m all about the pierogies! Love the addition of a fried egg – when you say everything, does that include ice cream?

Ha! Every burger I had in France came topped with a fried egg. Thought it was weird at first, but I guess I got used to it. It was strange to see eggless burgers when I got home. Kudos to your lovely dinner!

Pierogies! How I miss thee…I just can’t eat the store bought kind after eating the ones my grandparents made for years as I grew up. Alas, they no longer are around/able to make them. I should try and figure it out myself – I bet I would be ever so popular with the rest of my family.

Yes, I love the perogies too! I always ate the potato and onion ones, occasionally interspersed with potato and cheese. What kind did you have?

Someone was just telling me about putting a fried egg on a cheeseburger. Have you tried that? It sounds… interesting. I suppose I should just try it.
Of course, I may love it and the last thing I need is another food addiction.

I just recently tried a fried egg, but mine has to be WELL done – no runny yolk for me!

I didn’t use the spray – I use the real stuff. Sometimes, even using butter these days. Figure, wth, I’m worth it and it taste mu mo betta.
This thread has spawned a great idea. I’m going to do “Egg on Everything Week”.
