   Hey Heather! You asked about hard to peel oranges on my post yesterday. It’s always been my experience that clementine’s in specific are very easy to peel. Once the skin “hardens”, I find the fruit tends to be dry. I’ve always equated this with lack of freshness. I may be completely off track, though!

   SWEET! Mrs. LC put this up too! In response to my recent post- I think you’d really like the TJ’s meatless meatballs! the texture is similar to Dr. P’s, in the mushy-ness…aka they aren’t “trying” to be meat which can be wierd
