She Says: I Heart Yogurt
I loved reading everyone’s Fun Facts this morning. Keep ‘em coming! I already have another Getting to Know you Game planned for tomorrow!
So, my liquid breakfast just did not cut it today. Within two hours I was digging into my snack of plain yogurt w/ flax and agave.
30 minutes later I had an early lunch. BBQ Sauce is for carrot dipping. Inside the bread is an Amy’s California Veggie Burger.
It satisfied me, but threw off my exercise plan. On days like today where I do not sub and therefore, do not have to go to work until 3:00, I usually exercise before lunch. Today, however, I had to digest and therefore could only get in a short 5 mile run. I wanted to do yoga, but that will have to wait for after work.
Oh and stay tuned for a Hangry Pants & On a Lobster Placemat Announcement tonight!

I hate it when my exercise time gets thrown off. But you gotta eat and you gotta get to work, so it sounds like you fit in what you could!

Oooh are you two going to train for something together?
I hate when eating gets in the way of working out but since i’m a morning workout gal it rarely happens!

I just bought agave for the first time. Great idea – mixing it with yogurt and flax. Sounds easy and good!

okay, i’m a new reader, but i think i’m already quitting your blog. a “short 5 mile run”!? sounds childish to say but i’m saying it…i hate you! i can’t tell you how proud i’d be if i ran 5 miles in one day. i obviously have a lot of work to do; maybe i should keep reading..

oooh! I missed that post this morning! I love random facts!
Here’s mine now:
a) my high school graduating class was 13 people
b) both my brother and I are left-handed even though everyone else in our family (including grandparents) are right handed
c) One time when I was back home I went for a run outside and I saw a brown bear in the distance- my hometown is in the heart of northwestern Ontario aka bush everywhere- and I probably broke World records running in the opposite direction

Liquid breakfasts never hold me over either, as delicious as they are. I always have to pair them with something more substantial!
Funny, I was actually looking at the bbq sauce in my fridge yesterday and considered pairing it with some carrots but wondered if that would be too weird. Guess not! I’m definitely trying it now.
I wish 5 miles was a SHORT run for me… haha. Not so much.

YEah, five miles sound long! I guess when you’ve run a HALF it ain’t no thang!

The yogurt looks SO good! I’m gonna have to get some agave

WOOHOO I love getting to know you games
BBQ sauce and carrots? I should try that – it’s intriguing!

I don’t think 5 miles is short, but just shortER than what I planned, which was 7 miles.

I heart yogurt too.
Is it weird that I think of you as an old friend from high school? I feel like I should invite you to my wedding. I went for a 5 mile yog today. oh yogging.
Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you’re in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

I just got some agave nectar, so I’ll have to try it in plain yogurt.
