She Says: Back at It
Good Morning Everyone! This weekend was a whirlwind of travel, food and relaxation.
Mark and I did not get back to New Jersey until almost midnight and of course, I had a million things to do before bed and was all wound up from sitting in the car for so long. I am tired right now, but hopefully, it’s nothing a little coffee can’t correct.
Today will be all about getting back on track in all areas of life. I started with the best breakfast I know, and really the only breakfast available to me given our current kitchen status.
Oats with flax and almond butter.
I feel so behind on this Monday morning, but hopefully I can get a lot done after school. One thing I have to do is catch up on blogs and post about a fun dinner I had with my family that showcases lots of local Rhode Island food.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and are ready for the week!

I hate getting back late on a Sunday! Thanks again for the extra push to run!! Hope you had a great weekend:)

I think everyone’s trying to get back on track today! Holiday weekends are hard.
Glad you guys have fun and can’t wait to read about your fun family dinner… I don’t know anything about Rhode Island foods!
Your breakfast looks hearty. A good Monday food. I’m eager to hear about the R.I. favorites.
I always smile when I see your piggy bowl
I’m sure you’ll tackle everything you need to do and be on track again soon. Don’t let it stress you out or worry you–it’s not worth it! I’m curious what local Rhode Island food involves…
