She Says: Blueberries are also yummy.
Good Evening! Hope you all had a wonderful Friday. Mine was pretty standard and now we’re having a big old storm.
I had some Amazing Grass today and it was delicious! First, I made banana soft serve, which is completely amazing and I can’t wait to make more eat by the boat load.
Then I added the Amazing Grass Amazing Meal – Original and Milk and shook it all up in the tumbler.
It was good, but a blender would help. If anyone wants to send one my way, that would be totally fine with me.
I also had the best blueberries ever! I’ve never been a huge blueberry person, but these were so sweet and delicious. And local too!
I did find a way to improve my Curry Quinoa Salad and that’s with PRUNES! I needed a little something sweet in there and that worked perfectly. I also globbed on some hummus post photo.
Lovely.
I did get to test out my new sneakers today! I did a quick 3 miles and then headed to yoga. The sneakers seemed great, but I never really noticed anything off about my last pair. I was thinking that if my ankles were really rolling in that badly, my legs were not straight at all and I bet that worsened my sciatic pain. Maybe the new sneakers will help!
Well, Mark’s cousin and cousin’s girlfriend just got here and they are hungry, so we are heading to a local diner. See ya tomorrow.

Have fun at the diner! I agree that blended banana is great but it always scares the crap out of me when my food processor jumps off the counter because of it….

Wow! That banana soft serve looks amazing! When I clicked on the link, I was SHOCKED to find out the only ingredient are bananas! Seriously, I can’t wait to go to the market tomorrow and freeze some bananas!!!!!!!!!! (There’s also a great chance that I’ll be topping it with non-raw chocolate fudge sauce.)

Everyone keeps raving about the banana soft serve and I had lack luster results. It was not the texture of soft serve ice cream at all; it was kinda foamy and runny.

I just tried prunes for the first time yesterday!! They’re really good! Although, I’m obsessed with dried fruit, so that’s not surprising. Sounds like a great quinoa addition

yipee for new shoes and delicious banana soft serve! I am loving this Amazing Grass stuff! I love my little bullet ( bella kitchen, magic bullet, etc.) type blender – I use it literally everyday not to be all infomercial on ya but seriously- they are really inexpensive and work fantastic.
how innovative you are- curry quinoa with prunes!!

I saw this smoothie container at the health store the other day- i think it’s called a blender ball? It looks like the AG container w/a metal whisk ball inside! Much easier/cheaper than a blenda!
