She Says: HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK!
Today Mark turns 28. The handsome devil.
Mark is my best friend and my favorite person in the world. Just by being himself, he makes my heart happy. Be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday on twitter.
Some of my favorite things about Mark:

He is patient, sincere and smart.

He can be silly like in his Hangry Pants videos (Thoughts on a Beer Ice Cream Float, ProBar Contest Video, Mark and Heather’s Exercise Video, I Need Help Cooking).

He is clean.

He eats everything I cook.

He likes little kids and they like him.

He is a good person.

He makes good eggs.

He encourages me.

This morning I woke Mark up by putting his current favorite breakfast on his pillow. I made us some Banana French Toast by combining two eggs with two mashed bananas. The bananas get encrusted on the bread in a sweet mush. This makes four pieces of French Toast. You must try it ASAP.
It really is a delicious treat, especially when covered with a bit of peanut butter.
I think it deserves another photo.
A lot of people commented on my “Personal Watermelon” last night. I assure you that I did not make up that name. They are just Baby Watermelons. I scored a pretty big one for $2.50 yesterday. See, I can hold it in my palm.
