She Says: MojaMix Giveaway

This morning is the start of the second session of Summer Enrichment classes when I meet the new group of kids. We’ll feel each other out and start a classroom compost project. I started the day with a wonderful bowl Hangry Pants Summer Muesli Mix that I made at MojaMix topped with Chocolate Sunflower Butter from Naturally Nutty.

I really enjoy the big chunks of dried figs in this mix. I mentioned that the ratio of fruits to oats was low, but you can control the amount of each item in your mix by adding more of each ingredient.
