She Says: Tweet Tweet … Tweet, Tweet, Tweet
Yes, I became a full fledged twitter addict today. (Sorry Erin) I tend to get a little obsessed with things, and right now this is it. It’s dangerous, strange and addicting. I follow Oprah now. It’s weird right? I remember back in the day when Instant Messenger was all the rage. Anyway, follow me: http://twitter.com/hangrypants. It’ll be fun, I swear.
What else did I do today? Went to work, collected samples for the Summit Swag Bags and had some good food.
No long walk with Marky today though.
Mark and I also broke into the PROBAR Fruition samples bars. I had blueberry and he had strawberry. Like the peach, the blueberry flavor was really fresh tasting and delicious. Blueberry bars can be completely nasty and fake tasting and these are nothing of the sort. Mark liked the strawberry as well, but did raise a good point – these are messy to eat because they’re so sticky. He also wanted to put hummus on his, but I convinced him not to.
Here are some more facts about the new Fruition bars.
- Two servings of fruit in every bar
- Snack size portion
- Real fruit, oats and chia seeds
- Good source of fiber – 4 grams
- 170 calories per bar
- Low in fat
- Superfood chia seeds dense with antioxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids
- 70% organic – certified by QAI
- 80% raw, 100% vegan
- No high fructose corn syrup
I also finished the rest of my personal watermelon and had the last of the Spinach & Oikos Pasta Sauce I made last night.
Mark and I went with our friend Adam to Trader Joe’s tonight. It was really fun actually! Mark was so funny and grabbed so much stuff that he is always begging me to buy. Almost time to pick the winner of his Un-Constipated Gourmet Cookbook Giveaway! You still have almost an hour to enter. What are you waiting for?
I am of to lay in bed, finish a book (Love the One You’re With by Emily Giffin) and, of course, tweet.

How would you say those Fruition bars compare to Larabars? It will take a lot to tear me away from them…

You have turned the dark side. I’m still holding out on the Twitter bandwagon. Mostly because I’m pretty sure I’ll also become an addict, and I don’t need another thing to distract me from school come September!
You know I’ll inevitably start on the Twitter as soon as school gets busy, just to procrastinate, right?

LOVE twitter, especially since I can do it via phone!
