If you are anything like me soup is a favorite food of yours during the upcoming chilly months. The wonderful people at Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods Ready-to-Serve Chunky Soups sent me some of their soups to sample, and now they want to share with you!
These soups are:

*Low in calories and fat
*Free of animal products and genetically modified ingredients
*Gluten free
*Never too salty
*Free of Bisphenol A (BPA)
*Environmentally friendly packaging from renewable natural resources

I am the hugest fan of Dr. M’s dried soups–they are one of the only packaged foods that I consider worthy of eating every day. I am dying to try the ready to eat ones! The roasted pepper and tomato soup and the black bean soup look especially good.

The Ready To Serve Vegetable Soup would be my vote…. I love lentil and black bean soup, but they are pretty easy to make at home. The veggie soup would save time (and money!) because I wouldn’t need all those veggies ready and on-hand. Great Find!

I would choose Lentil. My husband doesn’t like them so I never get the chance to have lentil soup! They all look yummy though!

Ohhh! Definitely Split Pea. Split Pea Soup and Popovers is my ultimate cold weather comfort food. I hate that almost all the ready made split pea soups have bacon and/or ham.

Wow, the vegetable soup sounds great. I love that it has zucchini in it, which is harder to find in a veggie soup than the standard potatoes, peas, etc. Looks delicious, too!!!
