She Says: Ketchup Is a Vegetable
Ever since tasting my first Elevation Burger in a Lettuce Bun I just want to eat lots of ketchup. Do you ever crave ketchup? I decided to add some cheese to my veggie burger tonight and boy was it a delicious addition.
While preparing report cards I munched on some Greek Yogurt with some gluten free cereal that Nature’s Path sent me. I’ll be honest and say I didn’t really love these cereals (I received Crunchy Maple Sunrise and Crunchy Vanilla Sunrise), but it’s not terrible in small amounts in yogurt yogurt. I’ll definitely stick to the other Nature’s Path products. Oh. I added some cheerios too.
If you ever read the comments you know “Heather’s Bestie.” She also came to visit this summer when we stalked the housewives. Well, she’s in the hospital with a reoccurrence of a pretty serious and painful medical problem, so please wish her well and keep her in your thoughts. It’s a pretty horrible thing for a young women to go through and it really makes me sad.

I’m sorry for your friend being in the hospital. I’ll be praying for her.
I only see cereal as a garnish. I have a box in my cupboard from months ago because it doesn’t keep me full alone.

I love ketchup on everything.
WIsh your friend a speedy recovery. It is unfortunate how often someone we love is touched by a battle with a disease that we just don’t have an easy answer for.
November 12th, 2009 at 10:18 am
I use that cereal for granola too. Cereal just doesn’t keep me full on its own, but they have nice flavor
And sorry to hear about whatever Heather Bestie is going through. I wish her all the luck with a speedy recovery

I don’t really like ketchup, I much prefer just plain ol’ tomato sauce (homemade!).
I hope your friend’s feeling better now!
November 12th, 2009 at 10:54 am
I really hope your friend gets better right away.
Ever since I babysat for a family who kept an already opened ketchup stored in their cabinet, not in the fridge, and then used it, I have developed a revulsion to ketchup! I am happy dipping my fries in balsamic vinegar, guac, ANYTHING other than ketchup. And when I see someone putting it on their eggs I physically gag. It is strange how that can happen!
November 12th, 2009 at 10:56 am
OH and my favorite thing to dip fries in is honey mustard
