She Says: Chocolate & Wine Coma
Not me. Mark.
When I got back from Rhode Island today (the Nutcracker was fabulous. Hannah was fantastic, as always), Mark and I watched the rest of our current HIMYM Netflix DVD and had chocolate and wine. Mark went a little overboard.
The chocolate was from Chocomize, a website where you can design your own chocolate bar and include the craziest and most interesting things (think bacon, gummy bears, chili powder and gold powder). We each ordered dark chocolate bars with different toppings.
Mark chose macadamia nuts & passion fruit; I chose bananas, pretzels & toffee (yes, I’m a chocolate bar genius). The toppings rest on the top of the bar.
Chocolate bars are fun!
We did take a chocolate break when it was time for lunch. I made a biscuit test recipe from Lindsay’s cookbook, which we used to scoop up hummus.
