She Says - Cookies + Milk In My Breakfast Bowl

Tader Joe’s Oat n Wheat Bran Swirls. Also known as Cookies & Milk. This was a cereal Mark tossed in the carriage on Friday and it is ridiculous. It’s just like little oatmeal cookies in milk. The little swirls are actually about the size of quarters.

She Says - Cookies + Milk In My Breakfast Bowl

Yesterday I wrote about how muesli is the perfect substitute for cereal if you have a “cereal problem.” Let me tell you what is not goodif you have a cereal problem.

Holy Moly. Definitely could eat the whole box in one sitting. It’s really sweet though, and would probably be the perfect accompaniment to plain yogurt. Ideal for dry snacking as well, but highly dangerous. Be warned.

I was thirsty and had a big bowl of gorgeous watermelon and white peaches. Delicious! I haven’t had a watermelon with seeds in it in a while. It was strange to have to find and avoid them.

Then, encouraged by Sarah, I finally used some of my Amazing Grass that I received to sample and review. I thought I would need a blender, but I read that Sarah just added water and shook, shook, shook, so that’s what I did.

I tried the Pomegranate Mango Infusion Amazing Meal with water and I have to say I liked it! It had a really subtle and slightly sweet taste. If anything, I was expecting a much more powerful taste. Anyway, I just loved how it gave me a super boost of energy! I was smiling ear to ear and bouncing off the walls. This stuff is crazy! All of the energy came from fruits and vegetables!

Mark tried the Berry Green SuperFood + water, which he liked.

But his food happiness might have had more to do with his cheese and cracker snack.

We both noticed that it was a little sandy, like it didn’t fully absorb in the liquidCan someone help us with this? Is it because we mixed with water or because we did not actually blend it or is it supposed to be a little sandy?

Right now we’re in Hoboken and Mark is recording one of his shows. I hope he finishes up soon so we can walk around and enjoy the sunny day! Later, Mark will be rolling the dice and recording his performance of the winning poem for the Un-Constipated Gourmet Giveaway.
