They Say: Almond Butter Giveaway
Recently we had the opportunity to sample some products from Wildtime Foods, an Oregon company that makes delicious trail mix, granola and raw grain cereals. We also received a jar of their Zinke Orchards Creamy Style Natural Almond Butter.
Almond Butter on Mixed Brown Bread
Wildtime Foods has generously offered to give one lucky Hangry Pants reader (U.S. residents only) a FREE jar of Creamy or Crunchy Natural Almond Butter.
This is a very delicious and simple creamy almond butter. The best thing about it is the natural almond taste and course, but smooth texture courtesy of the one and only ingredient.
It’s also not extremely oily like some natural nut butters that need to be stirred or stored upside down before being eaten. There was not a layer of oil on the top of this jar!

im too much of a (cheap) wuss to buy almond butter, because i have never tried it before, but if its anything like natural nut butters, id prob develop an obsession upon first taste.
anyways, the superbowl was really exciting yesterday, but bruce sliding into the camera during the halftime show, pretty much the highlight!!! crotch shots never get old and his face after was priceless…haha!

I have never tried almond butter and have been wanting to for the longest time!! It’s just more expensive, which I haven’t been able to justify yet.
And Heather – Thank you for the comment that you left on my rather dramatic/ turbulent/ very personal/ glimpse in my past/ current career struggles post.
I really appreciate so much you sharing with me, and I just wanted to thank you. I still don’t know where I will end up as far as music, but I have already come to a much greater peace with it all, which I feel also coincides with a greater confidence/ not-caring attitude of how others will view you and your career choices. Did that make sense?

Hey! I have never had the chance to have almond butter. I am in college and they don’t have it anywhere on campus. In the grocery stores (which are limited around here since I am in a fairly rural area), almond butter goes for $12 a jar, way out of my budget! I have peanut butter every day and I love almonds. Mmm, I always salivate over the delicious nut butters you bloggers use!

Oh how I love anything that originated as a nut and is turned into something with the name butter on the end.

I absolutely LOVE almond butter! My favorite dessert right now is to cut a medjool date in half – stuff w/ Almond butter and roll in unsweetened organic coconut – it’s so delicious and one is decadent enough to satisfy any sweet tooth!

That almond butter looks soo delicious! I still have yet to find one that has a good texture and taste without added oils or sugar. This one looks like it could be a winner!
