Remember this morning I said I had an exciting Stonyfield Farm announcement? Well it’s HERE!!!!

As part of their tribute to Earth Day, Stonyfield Farm put together a couple of blog-giveaway packages that include environmentally friendly items valued at $75!!!

There are two ways to enter to win this prize package:

  1. Watch the "Organic Benefits Everyone" video clip (it’s the video with the man wearing a Stonyfield Farm hat sitting at a table) and then leave a comment here explaining one thing you didn’t know or one thing that really stuck with you and earn one entry.

    One thing that really stuck out is how little the profit margin is for farmers.

    How hard farmers work yet they are getting less for the same product!

    I was suprised to learn that farmer’s earning have decreased so much over time.

    Hard work Job but they are getting less for the same product. It would be nice to buy from them and spread the word to make others to buy from them and lead a very healthy life style.

    Wow, I wasn’t aware of the salary decrease. That’s pretty sad considering the work and care that goes into their products.

    I really like the new Oikos yogurt. The honey flavor was different and very good.

    I thought it was interesting that the farmer could tell a big difference in the health of his cows. He stated that he now has much fewer problems with them since switching to organic means. So, it’s benefitting everyone!! Even the cows:)

    I thought it was interesting how he talked about Ronald Reagan and how he was the first to veto the price for dairy farmers.
